Many years ago, my local church hosted a seminar called, "Jesus and the Biblical Feasts." I was blessed to attend each session and then later purchased the Cds.
This series has been foundational in my personal life in many ways and I am happy to share it with you. I will also share the notes as soon as I find them.

Before changing directions in my life, I planned to study at a university in Jerusalem. I was especially eager to partake in archeological digs. While that didn't become a reality for me, I still get a lot of pleasure from listening and learning more about things such as the Dead Sea Scrolls. This interview with Shelley Neese about the Copper Scroll has fascinated me today while I work on many other things. It reminds me of a novel I read long ago with a similar name.

Those who are dealing with SRA have a series of significant challenges. I've just come across the MOST positive interview I've ever come across with someone who not only knows how to bring healing to others but has been healed of it herself!!! WOAH. What a story from someone who beams with joy and radiates God's love...

You might know I'm jammed full with a lot of exuberance for God's life. You may also know I had the stuffing kicked out of me for some decades and so sometimes the exuberance comes out sounding a bit unintelligible. I am also fierce and so when all that is combined, well ya might feel like you're getting a blast of raw me. As the weeks and months pass, I hope I get better at communicating from my perspective as I walk out His principles in my simple life.
As I hinted at before, sometimes I do a lot of spluttering in order to say what I mean. Other times my innards know something my soul dumbly struggles to express. As I continue to feel called to share from within, I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to listen, read (etc) while I go through the processes of expressing with more and more excellence.
In these two podcasts I natter out a few cautions for anyone who is in the role of fathering someone else. I think the principles pertain to men who are actively fathering their biological children and I think they also apply to those whom God wants to use to father His spiritual children. There are relational principles to keep in mind.
There are also men who are not biological fathers who are needed to father spiritual children as well as women who are called to as well (as strange as that might sound). I don't claim to know much at all! I am merely fascinated by this whole thing.

Reality has been my battlefield for a while now. For five years at least I've been facing the lurking crud. Though it's terrified me I have gotten to a new place...my "now" place.
I BELIEVE good things are ahead. I've faced the junk handed down and blasted at me from all sides. I've held my own while seated in heavenly places. I learned to stand firm.
I've gotten help and backup from some extrordinarily unordinary heros who've held the lines of truth while I trudged into the messes. They've BEEN THERE, reminding me who I am and to Whom I belong, when I had only dingy hope and was a disoriented ragamuffin.
The truth?
Well, I'm nearly to a place where I can tell you about it...and this video, along with the processes of becoming a person (and so many others), fills me with SO much hope.
I'm nearly at the end of the battlefield. I've kept my innards attuned to the Capitan while my soul took a back seat to both. Mission vague and details unknown I have fought and bravely won many trials.
The worst- not knowing who I was- is now behind me. The work of learning who I truly am, while letting go of all which so easily ensnared me, begins.
I deeply enjoyed this delicious & intellectual conversation, which in my opinion gets to the root and heart of what concerns me the most: actual liberty and real freedoms within my Republic rather than The Ignorant Arrogant attempting and so far succeeding to change and run the show around here. Enough is enough. To the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob be the glory.
